Cullen Wilson — Product Designer in Portland, OR

I'm Cullen Wilson, a multidisciplinary product designer living in Portland, OR. Currently Head of Design at ConductorOne, where I'm helping build an AI governance platform for identity security.

Previously, I spent four years at Brex (acquired by Capital One), where I led design across Travel, Bill Pay, Policy Engine, and AI-first platform initiatives. Prior to Brex, I spent almost half a decade running a boutique design studio, Studiohouse (acq. by Brex), where we partnered with clients like Snap, Glossier, and Meta to create delightful product experiences.

In a past life I co-founded two startups, WPEngine, and Partnered, of which the latter was part of the YCombinator summer class of 2012.
